About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE)/Release Manager to join our team for a CRM program based in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing releases and interdependencies across various streams within the program. This role requires someone with a senior level of expertise who can effectively manage the coordination of activities, particularly with Indian offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate release planning and execution activities for the CRM program.
  • Manage interdependencies between different streams and releases to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Work closely with Indian offshore teams, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in release processes and practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with releases.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Release Manager in large-scale CRM programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly in the context of release management.
  • Experience working with Indian offshore teams, including effective communication and coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage complex interdependencies and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in senior-level roles within IT or software development.
  • English and French or Dutch language
