We are looking for a Interpreter to work within the Public/Defence sector.
Location: Hybrid working- London
About the role: As an Interpreter you will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective written communication between staff and our customers who speak Dari and/or Pashto. Your exceptional language proficiency, cultural sensitivity, and strong interpersonal skills will be instrumental in bridging linguistic gaps, enabling successful written interactions with customers, and case work resolution.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold active SC clearance have a proven Interpreter background experience, with the following skills:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto, demonstrated through formal education or professional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knows formal documentation to recognise if genuine
- Proven experience in interpretation services is desirable
Technology AptiFamiliarity with Microsoft and willingness to learn new platforms
